If you have your list on any kind of a database, you have a variety of ways to get that information to us.

1) SEND IT ELECTRONICALLY

If the list is in any comma delimited or tab delimited format (eg. Word, Excel, WordPerfect, Quattro Pro, Lotus 1-2-3, etc.) you can email us and attach the file to the email.

2) FAX IT

If you find it easier to deal with hard copies, you can fax your list to 717-627-2493. Please be sure to include your contact information so we can get in touch with you after we recieve your fax.

3) MAIL IT

If your list is too thick to fax or if you simply prefer using the US Postal Service, mail your list to:
